The Garrett County Planning Tool (GCPT) is the world’s first FREE and open source population health engagement framework built upon the world’s most popular content management system – WordPress – to enable every community to have the opportunity to increase transparency and activate engaged stakeholders. The GCPT provides an integrated approach that utilizes community/agency stakeholder engagement to inform action and demonstrate value.

The GCPT is self-hosted, which means that you own your data, and you can move or modify your installation at any time, and scale your platform as it grows.
